- ApeZoo usually ships 24 hours after reciept of your order and payment. We shipp via Fedex, UPS and USPS depending on address and service availability. ApeZoo will notify you of shipping and tracking information via email.
- International Sales: If you live outside the USA, please email first before you purchase so we can quote shipping outside the United States and any applicable governmental taxes, fees, duties, or other charges.

- ApeZoo takes your personal and financial information very seriously. Your name and email address will never be sold or shared with any third party. All purchases are encrypted and transmitted securely. NO credit card information will be stored.
- Returns & Replacements
- ApeZoo has a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy. In the event that you are not entirely happy with your ApeZoo purchase, you may return it within 7 days after receiving it for a store credit. We do not offer cash refunds under any condition. Please contact ApeZoo for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping the item. It must be returned in its original condition, without damage of any kind. After receiving the returned item we will assign a credit to your account.
- ApeZoo takes great care to accurately describe and depict our art work. However, monitors differ slightly in color calibration, so colors of the actual artwork may vary from what you view on your screen. You should also be aware our Circumstantial Objects come with inherent qualities of wear, age and patina due to their very nature. Some of the pieces may have broken elements that were intentionally used in that condition. (We will tell you our prints and objects are always much more spectacular when viewed in person.)
