Rolling the Dice and the Chance of Life

Rolling a six is a surprisingly winsome combination for this piece. The vinyl LP gives the piece "groove and movement", while devil's claws, agave leaves in amber bottles, milky glass bottles and tin cans create a cascade effect that sweeps the viewer’s eyes back to the hand shooting the dice from out of the depth of an misshapen tin can. A cracked and burnished ink bottle provides light and brilliance to the "Chance of Life"
