Details
This print was created from an original photograph taken on one of our hikes in Sedona, Arizona . Agaves are spectacular plants. Before they flower they are a beautiful aqua color, and their thick, fleshy leaves form a rosette and are somewhat translucent. But after flowering, they die, and during the transition of passing on, the colors and textures become increasinly beautiful. Before, duiring and after flowering, agaves are one of Arizona's most interesting plants.
